Terms and conditions

All our bookings are made on our online diary or by calling up the salon. Card details are taken at the time of booking (no money is deducted from your account) this is for our cancellation/no show policy. Please see below.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your booking time you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. If you fail to show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. This is done automatically via our booking system. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

We understand that things can come up and happen but we please ask that you give us a call to let us know if you are running late. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we may need to alter your service (ie miss out nail art) or rearange your booking to a different day, this will go down as a late cancelation and charged at 100%. We will always do our best to accommodate as much as possible but we don’t want a knock on effect of lateness for the rest of the day..

We have a 7 day policy for repairs. If you break a nail within that time we will repair free of charge. After this period there will be a small charge per nail. If there are 4+ repairs you will require a new set.

Please always make sure you are happy with your nails before leaving the salon, your nail tech will ask so please take the opportunity to get anything fixed that you see . We don’t take offence and want to mare sure you are as happy as possible. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. 

We do not apply any nails to anyone under the age of 16. If you wish to have nails applied please make sure there is an adult present and they will be required to be present throughout the treatment and a consent form signed.
